We got married (arranged marriage) and lived together only for 2 months then she left our house because, i grew suspicious of her acts (relation with other person). after 6 months we returned her furniture and other small gold ornaments and she returned our gold ornaments. Now its been more than 1 year that we are not in contact.she is a working woman. However, i am now looking for a divorce from her. How do i proceed with this. Will she have a claim on my property. and what are the other things she has the claim on (bank accounts, insurance,) as all this is only on my name. When leaving the home after 2 months of the marriage she also threatened in front of her parents that she will commit suicide if she was forced for patch up with me. Please advice.
