How to apply for Uncontested divorce .. we don’t have any kid

Hi we both are got nz residency a year ago and live separate from last year …Do we need to wait for 1 year or 2 years separation to get uncontested divorce or can we get uncontested Divorce without waiting for separation period??

hello it has been more than 12 months or for your marriage then you can definitely file a divorce will definitely get divorce both of you are agreeing to get a divorce even if one of you wants it force that was can be filed and you will get the same both the parties are out of India unable to come to India then also divorce can be file for the help you can approach my law firm

if both of you are Hindu, Sikh, jain or Buddhist and your marriage took place as per the tradition of your religion, then you are governed by Hindu marriage act and separation period is one year for uncontested divorce..
