i am a cancer surviver my wife deserted me 15 months ago and now accusing me of leaving her. it's 06 years of marriage with no child
yes you can file a case for divorce on ground of cruelty, and as you are a cancer survivor and if she has failed to take care and instead blames you then you can file a case of divorce on the of mental cruelty.

Hi...if you both parties are ready for divorce then go for mutual consent divorce by that you can get divorce within six months of filing the case and if possible you can dispense the waiting v time of six months also.
