how NRI can get a mutual divorce in India
06-Sep-2023 (In Divorce Law)
We got married in 2017. At the time of marriage, my wife is working in a PSU bank.
I worked in Singapore since 2015 and my wife took a sabbatical leave for one year and we stayed together for one year in Singapore.
After that in October 2018, she moved back to India and joined her job in the bank.
She is not interested in staying with in-laws and hence moved to her parent's house.
We are not in good terms and not staying together since 2018.
I would like to take a mutual divorce and would like to know how to start the process.
Do I need to pay alimony as she is working and can take care of herself?

yeah for this we need to file mutual divorce petition , where you both people last residing , For mutual divorce we have to file 13(b) application if you are hindu before the jurisdictional family court , it will 1 year to entire procedure , if you are residing in out of india , you need to come atleast twice , for this purpose you need to hire any gud law firm or gud family lawyer , how dealts with NRI divorce .
