How much does it cost? How to get alimony even if it is mutual divorce

If I want to get alimony from my husband can I file mutual divorce or any other and how much does it cost? And May I know the process?

alimony comes under maintenance, this is a separate case, mutual divorce is both the wife and husband accept to live separately and they went to mutual discussion like kids, maintenance for wife and kids if any and also property if any..... approach us we will help you

hi if you want alimony and maintenance then you need not file for mutual divorce and just you could file for maintenance in court stating the necessity to get maintenamce and it would cost around forty thousand

Hello You should go for maintainance case, that’s the best option. If your husband is also willing to give you divorce along with some amount, you both can decide on it and we can represent that in court and get your marriage dissolved through mutual consent. Process varies on relief you are seeking
