How much can I offer in mutual divorce?

Within how many months I get divorce? What is minimum amount I can give? Have 11yrs old kid with my wife. She takes care of kid everything

we can't say particularly in how many months, but you have specified for mutual so it will be sorted at speedy only, based on court works and judge by hearing your arguments divorce will be granted. in roughly you can expect 5-6 months for mutual or in some cases it will be within less than 6 months also.

If both parties mutually agree, a mutual consent divorce can generally be completed within approximately 6 months, though in appropriate cases Courts may waive the cooling-off period depending on facts and settlement. There is no fixed “minimum amount” prescribed by law for alimony. The amount depends upon: • Your income and assets • Wife’s financial condition • Standard of living during marriage • Child’s educational and future expenses • Duration of separation and matrimonial litigation Since your wife is solely taking care of the 11-year-old child, the Court will give significant importance to child maintenance, education, medical and future security. Therefore, attempting an unrealistically low settlement may result in prolonged litigation. A proper one-time settlement covering: Permanent alimony • Child support • Custody/visitation • Withdrawal/quashing of cases should be carefully negotiated and legally documented before filing mutual consent divorce.
