How much amount I need to pay for child custody

Hi,
My child is one Month old and my wife is staying in her parental house and threatening me for divorce. She is also working and if I need to pay child custody how much I need to send to her. I also have dependent parents with me and Personal loan. Will those cost be considered while calculating.
If she is threatening you for divorce you can file for divorce first of all as she is a working Lady if she earns enough to live her livelihood then no need for you to give any maintenance to her as you are saying that you have Personal loan and your parents +your expenses too yes all the cost will be calculated by the court..

If you are wife is staying apart as per her own wish and do not want to come then your liability reduces. and as u r saying she is working therefore you don't need to pay her maintenance. now for the question of child custody, you will not get the child custody as child is one month only. Court will give child custody to mother but after 5-6yrs you can apply for child custody. For now you can apply for joint custody where you can get permission to meet your child n spend time as well. Instead of giving money for child, you can buy products n necessary medicine n send it.
