How Many Times can a IA order be Reviewed?

04-Dec-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Hi Filed for Divorce and in 2018,Family court gives visittion right to my wife to visit my 15 yrs Girl at my house every SUNDAY. The order,is challanged(crp filed) by my wife in HIGH Court and after meeting all 3(me,my kid and wife)the court in 2019 passes a altered order, that the child will visit the mother and not the other way around. She agains, files a CRP AGAIN IN the High Court,(same CRP) and quotes the order of 2018 only omitting the order of 2019 all together. The court issues fresh order in my absence,as the courts were online and orders were issued:THE CHILD TO STAY WITH HER MOTHER FROM FRIDAY EVE TO SUNDAY EVE. MY question is: 1) can a order issued in 2019,be omitted all together, can two CRP can be filed for the same Case. 2) Is it not my right to be informed of such a case bring carried out.Since it was all Online,i was caught unaware, when i am showed the order and my kid is taken away this friday evening. Guide me please...steps to be taken to challange such a order.

In this case, I would like to know are you read the second CRP petition she mentioned earlier CRP number or not and further perusal of the documents guide you to step up the issues. I have a vast practice in that area you can seek my assistance in your matter.

How come all such things happened. It looks like you did not follow up with the developments. Usually the other side must be informed and both parties must be heard. Suppression of the earlier order is an offense and you can challenge the subsequent order. I need to go through both CRPs to guide you further.

It is not about the number of times one can file CRP. Actually it is revision petition to revise the order of the trial court. Review is done by the same judge of the same order passed by him. It is clear that something fishy had happened. I need to go through the papers to guide you further.

it is advisable to file a civil appeal in the supreme court of India by quoting all your statement. if CRP has been filled for same cause of action twice it could be changelled by civil appeal. as far as female child is concerned the father must have his mother or female relatives
