How many days does it take to get judgement copy of a disposed divorce

Divorce case was filled and we hv said case diposed and contested judjement . now we want Judgement copy in how days does it take to get it

Hi,

If the judgment have been passed and divorce have been granted the decree sheet is given in 3-4 days, you can file the certified copy of the Judgment in the concerned court filling section and it will be delivered in 4-5 days.

you have to get the copy of judgement and its decree from the concern court. there is no statutory period in which one can get the certified copy, however if the case is disposed of recently, you can receive it within 3 working days.
