Sir, if i file the maintanace case for me and my 2 childrens in the court means how long it takes... When i get the alimony..
if you file in trim application in the maintenance case order entry maintenance within 4 months to contest the main maintenance case it may take at least 8 months or 9 months depending upon the evidence will lead in the court

initially you need to send legal notice demanding maintenance, if the same was not responded by your husband properly , then you can file maintenance case before Court of law. if there also your husband has not responded properly , your ckaim will be ordered soon.
