How long it takes to transfer case from one state to another

I wish to know if I file Divorce case in my home state ( Punjab) and my wife goes to supreme court to transfer the case to her home town (Bengaluru). How long it will take her to transfer the case via supreme court or any other court ?

The moment civil file, the transfer petition in the Supreme Court in general case proceedings used to be stayed in the family, Court ex party . Then notice being sent to the respondent and after presentation of or appearance of respondent case goes for hearing, it generally takes three months.

After filing in Supreme Court it takes usually a month to reach Court hall-to Judge. Then in 1st hearing notice hill be ordered to you and usually a month's time given In the next hearing if you do not have any serious objections order will be made,
