HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE DECREE FROM THE COURT ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN PASSED? ORDER WAS PASSED ON JAN 1ST 2019. FROM WHERE CAN I TRACK MY FILE NUMBER IF THE COPY IS LOST?

It depends on the court as time varies in different court. Please check on court's website and see if the order is uploaded. You may also approach the department in the court and make an application to grant the certified copies in the matter. Usually it is available within 2 weeks. Dear queriest, as per your query you have mentioned about the fact that the divorce order has been passed on 1st January 2019 and you have received he copy of judgement on 7th February 2019 and your question is whether if decree copy of normally takes a month or 2 after the order is passed, Yes it takes that much time to receive the copy of decree. you have to wait for the same.
