how long can a married women get a divorce if she loves other man

Hi, nI am Misses x, newly married to a man with family pressure, but its not being possible for me to keep the marital relationship as I am living in mental truama cause I alreay had a relationship with other man,nPlease suggest me, how long can it take for me to get divorces, if I file a divorce and if the man is not willing to give me divorce, what can I do.. please help

You can file a suit for annulment to break the marital tie with your husband... you should not intimate or consummate with your husband. you should file an annulment suit within one year of your marriage. for further discussion regarding your legal problem kindly contact me. you must understand few things before you go for the process with full pros and cons and understand things till the depth, if your partner is refusing to give divorce you need chalk out a plan and then proceed just dont go by the normal norms it could turn fatal, connect if you wish
