How many years income tax returns, a judge calls for to decide the income of husband for the purpose of deciding monthly alimony.

Generally it is decided for 20 years and it will depend on the income of the husband . He will file income affidavit in court. If he give any false information and you can show the real income of your husband then it will be beneficial for you

If he is on job last two month salary slip would suffice and if it's itr then latest itr is must . Previous one is your choice .
There is no written law but usually two are considered sufficient and max three . More than that is waste of time and money .
