Divorce petition can be filed under various section of Hindu Marriage act in the concerned family court, after one year of your marriage. As she has no intentions of divorce it will be contested and you will have to prove the allegation in the court (i.e. the base of your petition ), but if during the trail she changes her mind you can file a joint petition for Divorce by Mutual consent.
