how i will get talaq from my husband.

My name rehana, three year back my husband gave me talaq after few days under his pressure and some peoples i m living with him.he prepared fatwa in that he manipulate his statement that he not give talaq to me. but after that he continuously torture me again. i am not want to live more with him. kindly advice me what i do or how i will separate from him.
I would advise you to file a divorce petition on account of cruelty. Do also file a complaint before the women cell. Simultaneously file a maintenance petition under section 125 CrP.C and seek monthly maintenance.
