How do I send divorce reply to wife's lawyer's letter ?

07-Mar-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I am my wife are married for more than 15 months. We happily lived together till Dec 2020 and came to our respective hometowns in Dec 2020 to spend time with our respective families as work from home was still in effect. Out of nowhere, I got a letter from my wife's lawyer that she wants a mutual-consent divorce stating that she does not want to keep any relation with me. I am still not able to figure out how this has happened? My in-laws did not like me since the days of our relationship and were constantly involved in manipulating her against me. Now, I tried contacting her multiple times and she is not replying. My in-laws are not letting me meet her in person. I love her very much and want to live with her. How do I approach this situation ? Do I really need to reply to her lawyer's letter ? If yes, then what can be done to negotiate in this case ?

Yes you are requested to write a legal notice through your lawyer and send her to keep your position safe today or tomorrow as a matter of record for the near future otherwise incase false cases come up haunting you, you can use this to save yourself in the near future

As per your query in law rato yes of you want you can also agree to do mutual divorce with your wife but first you need to go through the letter of the advocate and then stake steps accordingly and if you agree to g9ve divorce then ok otherwise if your wife wants then she file contested divorce and also I try to do reconciliation with your wife I'd it works it's fine otherwise take steps accordingly.
