How do i protect myself against the money I am paying as alimony?

23-Jul-2024 (In Divorce Law)
Even though I agreed to a very high alimony settlement and even though i paid 1/3rd amount upfront, my in laws are still malicious towards me, spreading rumors and assassinating my character. I am really worried that even if i pay them all the money, they may not take back the cases. What safeties do you suggest me? Also, if i present before the judge the exact amount i already gave them, will i face IT issues?

dear client as per your query since if your in laws or your wife has filed any case against you and you are going on paying the amount to them so that they may withdraw the case against you first make an agreement settlement with them if they agree and sign on it then proceed to pay...

To give opinion it is necessary to know the facts in details regarding the matrimonial disputes and litigations pending in Court against you. It is also necessary to know that whether the alimony you are paying is as per Court's direction or as per mutual agreement. If you wish to get teleconsultation upon online payment, then can Whatsapp.
