How do I decide for Jurisdiction for my divorce petition

Hi ,
I had abusive relationship with my husband and I am currently residing in Noida, UP. My permanent address is Mumbai and I want to file divorce. Where I can do so as per the jurisdiction ? I am settled in Hyderabad for my work but permanent address is Mumbai. Also I got married in Lucknow, UP. kindly help.
As per special marriage Act or Hindu marriage Act, the divorce case can be filed in the family court or Civil court as the case may of a city 1) Where the marriage was solemnised or 2) Where the husband ans wife last resided togeter or 3) Where the wife has here permanent address or place of residence .
