How can i stop visiting right of my husband

As my husband took DNA test of my daughter and report come positive but he never show love and care towards his daughter at the time of delivery also he was not there he beat me in pregnancy but i dnt want him to meet my daughter what should i do can i stop visiting rights of him

Hello Madam, As far as legally it is concerned the Courts try that the child enjoys the company of both the parents. But if you have sufficient proofs of violence by your Husband then you can take plea in court for not giving visitation rights to your husband. Yes, you can if you have all the proof and evidence against cruelty. You can also stop him to visit at your house if the house ownership is not belong to him. You can also file a case for peaceful custody of your child to you.
