How can i know petition is submitted

dear sir mujhe aapse ye janna hain ke ladki ki lawyer ne case aage submit kiya hain ya nhi bcoz mujhse to sign kara liye thhe mutual divorce ke papaers and bol rahe h ke court m online submit kara diye h date aa jayegi

Whenever the court takes notice of the matter, the court will issue notice to you. However, if you believe that you were forced to sign then you may tell the court and the court will certainly pass relevant orders in your favour. You need not worry.

Hello yes I understand your query about your case. If the wife file mutual divorce under section 13(B) of Hindu marriage act the. You have to sign the same documents for proceed further and the same petition will file before to get a decree of mutual divorce. Plz can consult with me of the same purpose
