I am in a transferable job. I filed for divorce when I was in Lucknow but now I am in bangalore from last 1 year. How can I get my case transferred to Bangalore as I am facing issue in going to lucknow every time for hearing. My existing lawyer in not helpful for guiding me for that

You have to file transfer application before Hon'ble Supreme Court and your case will be transferred to Bengaluru Family Court. If you are really interested please get all the certified copies and reach my office for more discussions.

Most family courts have begun conducting through video conferencing. If this is not a viable option, you can apply for a transfer of the case from Lucknow to Bangalore. Since it is a transfer from state to state, you will need a Transfer Order from the Supreme Court.
