how can i get divorce as my wife left me in July 2015

My wife left me, in July 15, we married in Feb 14, SHE WANT divoce as she was saying so, presently filed 125 on me for mentinance, next date is on 22.10.2016, please suggest something suitable

You should file case under section 9 HMA to restore conjugal rights that you don't want to give divorce as soon as possible . Don't delay in filing application .and give one application to your nearest Thana that your wife is threatening u that she will send u jail by suing a false dowry court case ------------------
