How can i file DV and alimony case against my husband

02-Jan-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I was filed dv and maintenance case against my husband and in laws in indore Court. After 1 year my husband filed divorce (13A) and HMA 9 together in Delhi family court but Delhi court rejected his both cases due to technical reasons and do penalty 20000 Rs on my husband but he not pay any penalty in court till now. After few months my husband and my mother in law came to my parents home to talk with me and they requested me to come back and forget all things and they want that I withdraw my all cases from court and do compromise. After this I withdraw my cases dv and maintenance case from indore Court and submit compromise affidavit in court but after some days my mother in law re started mental torture using non sense abuse words on phone call and said ab kya kar legi humara aana hai to aa aur humare hisab se hi rehna hoga. Now my husband file divorce 13a against me in indore family court with fake reasons. What can I do?
