How can I avoid alimony or maintainance

17-Jul-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My wife has filed a DV case sec 13 1 (ia). She did not come for first hearing, both of us were present for second hearing the judge referred us for mediation. The same day after the court session when I was walking out her judge wanted me to talk for a few minutes and asked me if I would pay a lumpsum if she were to withdraw the case. I told a false case is slapped and Iam not going to pay any lumpsum. There were 2 sessions for mediation and she did not attened both. Now both of us should report to the main judge for status of mediation report (The report would have nothng because no talk has happened) . What is the best I can get separated without maintenance/alimony. Since her only intention is to fleece money from me.Is it a good idea to file for RCR so that maintenance is avoided what are my options.
