How can get divorce fast on wife mental disorder ground

I have filled divorce petition before 3 years ago on ground wife mental disorder. But still the case Is slowly running, only reconciliation process has done. I have enough medical proof . How can I get divorce faster? It's a contest divorce, can I go for high court or fast track court? Please tell me to how to get finish this case and get divorce.
