Housewife without any support from husband

Husband left wife and 8 years old child without informing and stopped giving money for my sons education and daily survival needs,since I was constantly abused verbally emotionally and physically for 8 long years with an inconsistent human behaviour. He n his family members stopped communication with my family so unable to contact him from 1year. Can this be considered as Separation and grant us divorce

Dear Sir, If husband is not consenting for Divorce and if he contest the case it will take three to four years to get legal divorce. You may bring forcible circumstances by filing multiple cases against your husband and his family members like Domestic Violence, Maintenance etc. Further, you can claim huge alimony.

Hi now known continuously for last 7 years .. then this V.M. and be a ground for divorce and legal separation. You v can approach court for same and also seek your kids share in their ancestral property if it is there any.
