Holding Restitution of Conjugal Rights Section 9

Hi, I have filed an Annulment against my wife on Jan, 2024 in Bangalore court. While the case is ongoing, my wife files a restitution of conjugal rights under sec 9 at Chennai court this month (may, 2024). I got the court notice for the same. How can she file a case in Chennai when a related case is ongoing in Bangalore? Do I need to appear at Chennai court? Or shall I skip..what should I do now? Please guide.

you should appear before that case where you are a wife as filed for restitution of conjugal rights you are not appearing after receiving the so the matter on favour of your wife so it is better for you to appear on the Chennai court and to different the case if you are not appearing it will definitely after affect the Bangalore case
