His wife complaint against me and I am very afraid he and me we only used to talk on calls and messages each other and she is his wife and saw it and file a complaint against me they are calling me in police station I don't want to go in police station I am 22 yrs old and asif is 37 yrs old . I want to know is there any legal action she can take against me if yes then what ?

Well, no need to worry at all. As everything was mutual between the two of you. You are a 18 + Grown up Woman and he is also 18 +. So, What he is married now, legally, Consensual Sexting is no offence. Moreover, Adultery too is not even a Crime in today's India. However, morally, it is incorrect to flirt or to do sexting with a Married Man.

Hello, the offence of adultery is decriminalised by Supreme Court. But it is a ground for divorce by person who got cheated . If you marry then it becomes bigamy for him. Though it is legal for him as per his religion but still an offence if his wife objects then you have to either stop this relationship or ask him to get divorce from him wife
