I have an impending divorce at the Bandra family court. Can i hire more than 1 lawyer to fight my case?
Hello! I would suggest that you should change your lawyer then, if he/she is not doing the needful, multiple lawyers on a case will make no good to the case. Also the facts of the case are not evident, that's why can suggest only this much.

If your previous advocate who is conducting your case in same case have no problem then I such circumstances you can appoint as many as you want. But the condition is all should sign on same Vakalatnama. And if you find dear that you want to change advocate you can take NOC from previous one or can give application to court in that regard.

You can hire more than one advocate. But there must be synchrony between both. Say and advice of both must be same at a time. why you want to hire 2 advocates? If their thoughts do not match it may hamper your case. you should carefully hire them.
