Hi,nThis started exact after 2 months I got married in 2010. My wife was 1 month pregnant and left me without any reason. I tried to contact her and tried to convince her to get her back, but she denied. After 1 year I filed section 9 and the case was pending before the court, In the meanwhile she delivered a baby boy. We both were contested the section 9 and she denied to come back. As my lawyer susggested I then filed divorce petition in 2013 before the court, we both contested it till 2017, (Although she skipped most of the hearings). Since 2017 I did not hear anything about her and she never came in the court, I also did not take much interest in the proceedings. while these things were going on I started live-in with another lady and we have 3 kids now. Last month my wife came back again and now threatening for 494 and 498a. I don't know what to do in this situation now.

Dear clinet You need to file a case for divorce by way of desertion. Since a decade has passed the allegations won’t stand. Will need more details to advice you any further Feel free to get in touch to discuss further

Even if she happen to file 494 that is bigamy, it’s a Bailable offence n u can get bail easily ! Furthermore, let her file whatever cases on u ..u need to hire expert team to fight back ! B in touch to understand the legalities

hello client as you have described above in this case you are really seems to be a very much aggreved and you have been blackmailled by your first wife . as you have allredy fighting in the litigation in the court so in that case everything is been in front of the court so . do not worry you can be save clearly saved with the help of the court itself by filling a petition in the court by describing what is happening with you
