Hi, i got summons from family court to attend for hearing, iam not attend to court, todai i checked in online for status, it's showing " call on" i cant understand meaning pls give me solution
Call on means.... the case is posted for next date its nothing but the case is adjourned. However, you please check the proceedings of the court, if you have received the summons and could not attend you might be even set exparte by the court.
