Hiding of age at marriage and harrsing for fake dowry case

A Muslim boy married with a girl. The girl and her family hide her age at the time of marriage make fake birth certificate and got married. After some months boys knows the realty that girl is much more than the age of the boy. The boy get depressed and do not want to live with the girl as she and her family made a fraud at him. The girl family members harrased him for dowry case 498a and make false allegations on boy and his family members and pressurised him to accept the girl otherwise they will book fake cases on him and his family members.
For this boy is in pain and depressed.
