Hided facts and cheated and married me

My wife had relationwith someone before marriage i asked her before marriage about that she lied all facts and married me so only married her i had all evidence against my wife shall i file case on 420 for cheated and married me

Dear Client... under section 420 of ipc is not applicable directly for this types of cases...if you feel you have been cheated by your spouse you have remady through matrimonia laws....if need furthermore clarification or doubts please call me advocate E.Iyappan thank you...
