Hi sir. Suggest me in one thing.i m from delhi My wife have taken my child to their inlaws due to some grudges in between of us.. now almost 2 weeks has passed. He is not allowing me to talk with my son. What can I do for immediate action as putting petition in court will take so much time . I will wait for your reply sir.

No need to worry n first talk to society people n relatives to help u ..if not u hv to disclose few facts like what’s the age of your child ..male or female ..where does your wife stay n wHy is She not allowing etc

If there is any apprehension to the life or health of the child, then you may seek an immediate help from the local police station or can move an application under sec 97 crpc. However if there is no such apprehension then procuring a courts order for the custody of the child would be the most effective resort as this would solve the purpose for always. hello client as you are saying tht your wife have taken your child with her . at present you do not have any acces to the child your wife is not at all allowing you to talk yo your child in this condition you need an urgent action need to ve taken which should be effective enough so it can be impplimented urgently thtbis the through high court only it is possible.
