Hi sir.
Suggest me in one thing.i m from delhi
My wife have taken my child to their inlaws due to some grudges in between of us.. now almost 2 weeks has passed. He is not allowing me to talk with my son. What can I do for immediate action as putting petition in court will take so much time .
I will wait for your reply sir.
If there is any apprehension to the life or health of the child, then you may seek an immediate help from the local police station or can move an application under sec 97 crpc. However if there is no such apprehension then procuring a courts order for the custody of the child would be the most effective resort as this would solve the purpose for always. For any further legal assistance please feel free to contact
Thanks
