Hi nI have filled Divorce case and it's under Evidence stage but my wife - Now posting Marriage Photos and my family Photos in Social media even my Other photos also ( Solo Photos ). nnShe is using multiple Social media accounts.nnCould you help me to stop this are any legal action can be taken for this or whether it will use for my divorce case evidence.

you go and complaint to near by cyber crime police station and iwant know first what basis you filed the case? if she posting you getting any problem you can say in court at the time evidence or directly go to police station sa I said above

Dear Sir, You have two options you may send a legal notice not to upload your marriage photos unnecessarily on any social media. Secondly you may file interim application in pending divorce case or file separate suit for permanent injunction and get interim order against her from doing so.
