Hi, my wife continuously threatening me to commit suicide even once she tried too. So I asked her for divorce but now she is telling me that she will not do this again. Can we have an affidavit saying that if he commits suicide she only be the responsible for same ?

You can file an NC in the police station where you stay, depending on the jurisdiction you can file an NC in the local police station and state all the facts whatever has happened. That will be helpful for future.

we suggest that you take your wife to a medical professional.
firstly if she is suffering from depression then she can be treated secondly if you take her to the doctor and there is a diagnosis of depression or attempt to suicide and the same is recorded by the doctor you will have proof that your wife had depression and that she was under treatment.
