If she won't receive the court summons how to proceednnIf she receive the summons and doesn't appear before the court, how to proceed

Dear Sir There is Order 5 Rule 20 of Civil Procedure Code which gives alternative modes as follows: 1. By affixing on the house 2. By hand summons 3. By Paper Publication etc If did not turn up she will be placed exparte and after recording your evidence judgment will be pronounced.

if you have already filed for a divorce and have encounterd the problem that you have discussed in your post then it is for your present advocate to handle it. in case you are now just contemplating filing for youtubers and if you are imagining what you should do in case your wife does not receive the quote someone's then you can approach me and I will handle it.
