hey i would like to know what are the procedure of getting a divorce

If you and your spouse are on same page and both agree to amicably part ways then under section 13 B of Hindi Marriage Act, you shall be granted divorce within 6 to 8 month. But for that both of you shall visit the attorney and work out the settlement amongst yourselves.
