Help to get back my baby from in laws

Hi... I am Muslim woman aged 29. My inlaws are mentally torturing me and thrown out of the house 5 times. They took my baby away. This is happening since 16 months. We have filed a complaint but he is ready with false allegations and a lawyer support to protect him and his family. He is using political influence to get divorce from my side. How do I get back my baby and my jewellery from there?

You have to file a petition guardianship in the court stating you want the baby and court will give first preference to mother and also you can file domestic voilence case on your husband and inlaws and also you can file maintainance case on your husband so you get maintainance for your kid and you for this approach us w will help you out

hi you could file a child custody petition in concerned court seeking custody of court seeking custody of the child and also domestic violence case against inlaws for the harassement caused and could seek compensation and jewellery from them
