Help needed in divorce procedure

Hi, I want to file for a divorce from my abusive husband. I want to go for mutual divorce. Can you please help me with the procedure? I don't know anything about it and what would be the total cost. We have a 9 years old daughter too and I want her custody.

Mutual concentrate divorce petition is to be jointly filed by the couple desiring separation. if your husband is okay to allow the sole custody of your daughter to you the same can be incorporated in the petition. We can discuss the fee as per your financial condition.

Hi mam we have to file mutual petition under section 13 B of Hindu marriage act after filing both the parties need to appear before where the concerned court refer for mediation meanwhile v would argue waiver application to waive off cooling period , further need to attend for mediation and in mediation agreement will be executed and the same report will be sent to court on the same day both the parties need to appear before court and sign in order sheet that will be the end of mutual divorce
