HelloI have been giving alimony to my ex-wife for 5+ years now. I see that she's not workingn(though educated) and does not seem to re-marry either!nHow long do I need to continue giving alimony !?

till she get second marriage you have to pay rhe alemone so you got divirce at the time in mediation agreement you have agreed to pay Alimony till her life time Or she get second marriage so what you have agreed at the time of Divorce you should pay otherwise not nessary to pay so do you need any legal help contact me thank you

if she is not working and do not have the source you have to pay maintenance till her life time or she gets married, she can marry only if divorce is obtained by her from you, you have to prove either she is having sufficient income to maintain herself. you have to give complete details under which section maintenance is granted so that a complete advice can be given on your issue, because maintenance can be claimed under different provisions of law.
