Hello my name is maheekk I have an inquiry regarding my aunty ( Soma das) who has been lied into her marriage, her husband told her including his sister's that he is educated till 10th which is ssc passed but turns out he has only been educated till 5th or 6th . The gold which they gifted her was taken away from her after her marriage , they both were arranged married without any registration , her husband was involved in some case in total 2 but she wasn't informed , there is more pls help

If your aunt or any of your other lady relative have been subjected to mistreatment after marriage then they may very well file complaints under section 498 of IPC or domestic violence act. If her marriage is based upon false facts then a private case under 420 of IPC may also be filed.

Well, your aunty can file a case of Cheating against her Husband under the IPC, 1860. Your Aunty can file a case in Court to get her Marriage declared as Null and Void, since it was solemnised on the basis of suppression of facts by her Husband.
