Hi please help me .meri Shadi ke 2 Saal pure ho gye hai or jis ladki se meri shadi hui m uske sath physical relation bnane se mna kr diya jiske baad ladki ne apne Ghar m btaya or phir ladki ke baap ne apni ladki ko yaha se leke gye Oct. 22 me or Dec.22 me mujhe bulaya or 100 rs ke stamp paper pe likhwa diÿa zabrdasti ki Hume 15 lakh do June tk ..ab hum apni ladki jaise rakh Rahe thye us tarike se nhi bhejege..jbki hum 15 lakh de nhi pa Rahe..plz help ki ky krna chahiye mujhe

आप सेक्शन 9 का केस दायर कर दो और एक पार्थना पत्र दे दो संबंधित उच्च अधिकारियों को जिसमे ये जो घटना के बारे मे बता दो अगर किसी से संबंध है तो बो भी सबूत लगा दो और ज्यादा जानकारी चाहिए तो आप मुझे कॉल कर सकते है या मेरे कार्यालय आकर अपनी समस्या का समाधान करा सकते है

stamp paper ek bar dekhna hoga waise jada value nhi hai uski aur app ladki ko rakhna chahte hai to section 9 apply kara, ladki phir bhi nhi ati to section me divorce file kar de for more detail contact me Ranjeet Sonker Allahabad high court

apko case me apko help ke liye court me case file krna hoga section 9 Hindu marriage Act or dhara 420 and 406 and or bhi dharao me court me case darj krwana hoga tbhi apki pareshani ka koi Hal Nikal sakta h.
