He is saying that he will take care of my child but he don't want me he will not give any extra money for me n for my son he only give my father wt has given for me in marriage what I hve to do

hi if you are not interested in giving divorce then you need to reply to notice or if he had filed case then you could contest the case by appointing advocate and if he is not treating you properly then you could file for maintenance

you can go for the divorce under cruelty with maintenance and also file the Domestic Violence if you been tortured in anyway by the parents and family. Also, it's very imp to make a reply to the Notice with denying all the norms enunciated in the Legal Notice, he cannot be the Judge or an adjudicating authority.
