Having concern to submit private hospital reports

Have filed DV case in TamilNadu. Tirunelveli. My Husband gave false allegation that i have epilepsynnMy concern is, if i take test report in private hospital to prove it is a false allegation.whether private hospital test reports are admissable in court? JM will accept it ??
In your case the allegations are made by your husband and it is he who has to prove the same. During the course of the case you can mention that you are ready to take relevant medical tests in a hospital.

admission of evidence dealt with the discretion power of the jm. in most of the case the jm may insist for GH. you may file the report at jm court. if it has been rejected then criminal revision case can be filled at Madras High court
