Yes. You should appear on court summons as the ignorance of the same can lead to bigger issues for you and court can proceed Ex-parte without hearing you. Appear and defend all the allegations levied against you. For any further clarification feel free to contact Thanks

Yes you are legally bound to appear before the Court alongwith your Advocate. Further on the date of hearing your Advocate can seek some time to file the detailed para wise reply to the said petition seeking annulment of marriage.
