harrassing my daughter for dowry, car, and restricti her from studying

40 tulas gold , 5 lakhs for car , 10 lakhs for other expenditure , even then they are harassing my daughter and restricting her from studying , doing job. mother in law and elder son also harass elder daughter in law for money and car

Dear client don't panic according to your statement you may raise a complaint in all women police station nearby your location against them. and you may Raise a complaint in district social welfare officer located at your district collectorate for domestic violence case against them. First you can try to settle the misunderstandings and other disputes amicably by engaging family elders. If it fails then you can file a complaint for dowry harassment and a case for domestic violence against all those involved in the said harassment of your daughter.
