Harassment by wife on husbands and in laws what action can we take

Hi - Me and my family is getting harassed by my wife and her father. My wife has even manhandled my mother on various occasions. There are various differences between my wife and myself, now they have started threatening that will file case against me under dowry and domestic violence act. My father in law is very greedy human being and can go to any extent to extract money from me. I want to end this relationship, we have one child who is 5 years. We are sikh family based in delhi...please if you can help how can I protect myself and can take action against my wife and her father....
Is she is threatening you by dire consequenses then you should take precautions otherwise then can implicate you and your family in any other false case. They can claim over your property as well but if you want to settle this matter
