Harassment by wife after my extra marital affair

I have had extra marital affair with my friend from last one year. Last year my wife caught me and asked me to end it. She also visited my girlfriend's house. We still continued our affair. Recently my wife came to know about it. Now, she and her brother are torturing me and my girlfriend. I have transferred all savings till date to my wife's account as per her demand. She wants to get revenge with my girlfriend by visiting her. Can I get divorce?

Yes you can file a divorce. However, it is important to know as to how many years have elapsed since your marriage. You can file a contested divorce case on the ground of cruelty but remember it's time consuming.. provided if your estranged wife agrees for mutual consent divorce which usually takes 6 months for dissolving the marriage.

Well, you can get a Divorce from your Wife provided that she wants to Divorce you. If she has become frustrated of your Adultery with your GF, then, at the max, she can seek Divorce from you, but cannot file Criminal Cases against you and your GF.
